Personal data policy
This policy explains how Общество с ограниченной ответственностью «АРХ СПЕЙС БЮРО» (a Russian limited liability company, the “Studio”) processes information from visitors to archspaceburo.com and enquiries submitted through the form or by email.
1. Data controller
The controller is Общество с ограниченной ответственностью «АРХ СПЕЙС БЮРО» (a Russian limited liability company, the “Studio”), taxpayer identification number (INN) 7814862069, registration reason code (KPP) 781401001, primary state registration number (OGRN) 1267800023589. Registered address: 197349, Russia, Saint Petersburg, Prospekt Ispytateley, 30, building 1, structure 1. Contact for personal data matters: info@archspaceburo.com.
2. Information and purpose
We process the name, email address and/or phone number you enter in the form, together with information you choose to include in your message. We use this information to consider your enquiry, clarify your requirements and respond about the studio’s services. Please do not include passport details, health information or other sensitive information, or personal data about other people without a lawful basis.
3. Legal grounds
Processing enquiries submitted through the form is based on your separate consent under Article 9 of Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 on Personal Data. Actions necessary at your request before entering into a contract, or to enter into and perform a contract, may also rely on Article 6(1)(5) of that law. The form does not request consent to advertising; an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.
4. How information is processed
Processing includes collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, updating, retrieval, use, access by people handling your enquiry, restriction, deletion and destruction, using automated and non-automated methods. The form sends the enquiry to info@archspaceburo.com; the website does not maintain a separate enquiry database. Beget provides website hosting and Mail.ru provides incoming email services. Studio staff and hosting and email service providers need access within their respective roles. The form does not provide for publication or disclosure of your data for advertising.
5. Retention and deletion
Enquiry data is processed until the enquiry and response are completed, or until consent is withdrawn, unless another lawful ground permits further processing. Data is deleted or destroyed within the periods set by Article 21 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ after the purpose is achieved or consent is withdrawn. If the enquiry leads to a contract, information necessary for that contract and statutory obligations is processed on the relevant legal grounds.
6. Technical information and security
The form uses an essential session cookie to connect its security check to your browser. The server receives an IP address and technical HTTP request information. For submission rate limits, the form stores only a non-reversible IP code and attempt timestamps, without the enquiry content; these records are removed within one day. The website does not include analytics tools or advertising cookies. HTTPS protects the connection, and access to technical configuration and enquiries is restricted.
7. Your rights
You may request information about processing and access to your data, request correction, restriction or deletion where provided by law, withdraw consent and complain to Roskomnadzor or a court. Email info@archspaceburo.com or write to the controller’s registered address. Identify the enquiry and data concerned; identity verification may be needed to protect your data. Requests are handled within the periods required by Federal Law No. 152-FZ.
8. Policy updates
The current version is published on this page. Updates apply to subsequent processing subject to previously given consent and applicable law.
