Consent to personal data processing
By selecting the separate consent checkbox and submitting the form on archspaceburo.com, I freely and voluntarily consent, in my own interest, to Общество с ограниченной ответственностью «АРХ СПЕЙС БЮРО» (a Russian limited liability company, the “Studio”) processing the information described below.

2. Purpose and information
Consent is given to consider my enquiry, clarify my requirements and contact me about the studio’s services. It covers the name, email address and/or phone number I provide and information about my project in the message. It does not cover marketing messages, publication of my data, special categories of personal data or biometric data.
3. Processing activities
I consent to collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, updating, retrieval, use, access by people handling the enquiry, restriction, deletion and destruction, using automated and non-automated methods. The enquiry is sent to the studio’s email address. Beget provides website hosting, and Mail.ru provides incoming email services. Their access is limited to operating the website and email service.
4. Duration and withdrawal
Consent remains valid until the enquiry and response are completed, or until I withdraw it. I may withdraw consent by emailing info@archspaceburo.com or writing to the controller’s registered address with details identifying my enquiry. After withdrawal, the controller stops processing and deletes or destroys the data within the statutory period, unless another lawful ground for processing applies.
5. Recording consent
I express consent by actively selecting an unchecked checkbox and pressing the submit button. The controller receives a consent record, date, time and document version together with the enquiry. Further details about processing and exercising my rights are given in the personal data policy.
